Returns policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) to us for a full refund within 60-days of receiving your order. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Your item(s) will need to be unused, in new condition with the original packaging and/or tags still attached. 

If you wish to return your item(s), contact us here. Please include your name and order number. 

We will then provide you with return instructions and a delivery address. Returns must have obtained authorisation from us before being sent back for processing. 

Once your return has been received and processed, we'll issue a refund via the method you originally paid with, excluding any shipping costs you incurred on the original order. The funds may take up to 3 business days to appear in your bank account.

Order changes and cancellations

To cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately. Please note, because orders are often processed the same day they are placed, we cannot guarantee we’ll be able to cancel or change an order. If an order has already been processed or dispatched, customers will need to refer to our returns policy.
